MISCELLANEOUS FEES 

We offer a full range of legal document certification services as follows:

• CERTIFYING IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS - such as:
• Passports
• Driving licences
• Birth certificates
• Death certificates
• Marriage certificates
• Letters from government departments or hospitals,
• Bank or building society statements and
• Utility Bills

We offer a fixed fee service £10 per each certified document (maximum 3 pages).  This is payable in cash.

• CERTIFYING LASTING POWERS OF ATTORNEYS - £40 each

• LAND REGISTRY ID1 FORMS - £50 each

• SWEARING AN OATH/STATUTORY DECLARATION - £10 plus £2 per attachment

MISCELLANEOUS FEES

• EXPEDITION FEES for dealing with Wills, Codicils and LPAs will be added if a quick turnaround is required – starting at £200 plus VAT on top of the above quoted price

• HOME ATTENDANCE FEES for Wills, Codicils and LPAs - will incur an additional £100 plus VAT (for no more than 2 attendances)
